2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We may request photos or videos as proof.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
Item must be unused and in original packaging
All seals must be intact
Proof of purchase is required
4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds on used products. Approved returns may be exchanged for the same item or store credit.

The item is out of stock for replacement
